Abstract
2-MORFOLIN-4-IL-PIRIMIDINAS COMO INIBIDORES DE P13K. A presente invenção fornece compostos que são pirimidinas da fórmula (!) em que Rº é um grupo -NR((CHR)m-X, Rê é um grupo indolil substituÃdo; R é H ou C;-Cs alquila;m é 1, 2, 3 ou 4; e X é um anel de piridila; e seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis. Esses compostos são inibidores de P13K e podem, portanto, ser usados para tratar doenças e distúrbios que surgem a partir do crescimento, função ou comportamento celular anormal associado com P13 quinase, tais como câncer, distúrbios imunes, doença cardiovascular, infecção viral, inflamação, distúrbios do metabolismo/função endócrina e distúrbios neurológicos.
