DISPOSITIVO DESCARTÁVEL PARA O CULTIVO E COLHEITA DE TECIDOS VEGETAIS E/OU CÉLULAS, MÉTODO DE CULTIVO E COLHEITA DE UM TECIDO VEGETAL E/OU CÉLULAS VEGETAIS EM UM VOLUME MAIOR DO QUE 400 LITROS E SISTEMA DE CULTIVO DA CÉLULA VEGETAL, um dispositivo descartável reutilizável para cultivo de tecidos vegetais ou células incluindo um recipiente não rígido com dimensões e orifícios de troca gasosa projetado para manter a saturação de oxigênio e forças de cisalhamento adequadas para cultivo de tecido ou células vegetais em 400 litros ou mias de meio de cultura é fornecido; também fornecido são os métodos para produção de uma proteína humana recombinante cataliticamente ativa na célula vegetal, utilizando um dispositivo descartável de uma das configuração da especificação.
