Abstract
MÃTODOS E SISTEMAS PARA MEDIÃÃO DE FLUXO SANGUÃNEO USANDO TOMOGRAFIA DE COERÃNCIA ÃTICA DOPPLER. A presente invenção refere-se aos métodos para medição e/ou monitoramento em tempo real, não-invasivos de fluxo sanguÃneo local em um paciente. Os métodos da invenção em geral incluem as etapas de obter imagens de efeito de Doppler de pelo menos dois planos interceptando vasos sanguÃneos na localização varrida; determinar os ângulos de Doppler usando as imagens de efeito de Doppler; e então usando os ângulos de Doppler assim determinados junto com os sinais de efeito de Doppler para chegar a uma medida do fluxo de sangue volumétrico. Também são fornecidos sistemas e software para realizar os métodos.
