PEÃAS ABSORVENTES CONTENDO COMPOSIÃÃES DE POLIMEROS SUPERABSORVENTES COM ALTA PERMEABILIDADE Uma peça absorvente pode ter uma cobertura, uma lâmina posterior, e um núcleo absorvente entre a cobertura e a lâmina posterior. Em alguns aspectos, pelo menos uma parte: a cobertura, a lâmina posterior e o núcleo absorvente é dilatável. Em outros aspectos, o núcleo absorvente pode conter camadas absorventes, pelo menos uma das quais inclui apenas o material substancialmente superabsorvente e, pelo menos, uma das quais inclui apenas, substancialmente, felpas. Em alguns aspectos, a peça incluimaterial super absorvente contendo um aditivo na superfÃcie que inclui um agente de encadeamento de superfÃcie, um composto de metal inorgânico insolúvel em água e um revestimento de polÃmero.
