MÃTODO PARA ATIVAÃÃO DE CÃLULAS T AUXILIADORAS E COMPOSIÃÃO PARA USO NO MÃTODO.A presente inevenção refere-se a um método para a ativação de célula T auxiliadora, o qual compreende a etapa de adicionar um peptÃdeo WT1 a uma célula apresentadora de antÃgenos para ativar a célula T auxiliadora, em que o peptÃdeo WT1 é capaz de se ligar a qualquer molécula selecionada dentre HLA-DBR1*1501, HLA-DPB1*0901 e HLA-DPB1*0501; uma composição para uso no método; um método terapêutico e/ou profilático para câncer pela ativação de uma célula T auxiliadora; uma composição farmacêutica para uso no método terapêutico e/ou profilático; e outros.
