Abstract
APARELHO E MÃTODO PARA FATIAR PRODUTOS ALIMENTÃCIOS.A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho e método para fatiar produtos alimentÃcios, em particular, produtos alimentÃcios tenros e macios (92) suscetÃveis de serem deformados no processo de fatiar. O aparelho de fatiar inclui uma montagem de disco de fatiar (50) e um dispositivo (70, 84) para estabilizar o produto alimentÃcio (92) de modo a ser alimentado através da montagem de disco de fatiar (50). A montagem de disco de fatiar (50) inclui um cubo (52), um aro (54) envolvendo o cubo (52), de modo a definir um espaço anular (55) entre eles, e lâminas arqueadas (56) se estendendo e removivelmente conectadas ao cubo (52) e ao aro (54). O cubo (52), o aro (54) e as lâminas (56) ficam em um plano de corte da montagem de disco de fatiar (50). Cada lâmina (52) apresenta uma borda de corte arqueada (58) em uma porção convexa da mesma, com extensões radialmente interna e externa (62, 64) da lâmina (56) que não ficam no mesmo raio (66,68) da montagem de disco de fatiar (50).
