VACINAS BASEADAS NO DIRECIONAMENTO DE ANTÃGENO AO DCIR EXPRESSO EM CÃLULAS APRESENTADORAS DE ANTÃGENO.A presente invenção inclui composições e métodos para o aumento da eficácia de apresentação de antÃgeno com a utilização de um anticorpo especÃfico para DCIR ou fragmento deste ao qual um antÃgeno é anexado formando um complexo anticorpo-antÃgeno, em que o antÃgeno é processado e apresentado por uma célula dendrÃtica que foi colocada em contato com o complexo anticorpo-antÃgeno.
