Abstract
MÉTODOS E PELICULAS DE POLIPEPTIDEO A presente invenção refere-se às películas em multicamadas de polipeptídeo em que um agente terapêutico é covalentemente ligado a uma primeira camada de polipeptídeo. Uma vantagem de tal fixação consiste no fato de que o agente terapêutico ligado pode ser liberado de maneira controlável a partir da película em multicamada no ambiente da película mediante a adição de um estímulo adequado. Uma vantagem das películas e métodos descritos é a permissão de liberação ambientalmente estimulada sob condições específicas.
