Abstract
PROCESSO DE PRODUÇÃO DE SULFATO DE COBRE A PARTIR DE SUCATA METALICA. Que de modo simples usando somente ar como oxidante e acido sulfúrico promove a formação de sulfato de cobre com cinética rápida, mostrando ser um processo de aplicação comercial em razão da boa qualidade do produto obtido, alta produtividade e portanto baixo custo, sendo ainda um processo ambientalmente adequado, pois não promove a contaminação por contaminantes gasosos, como ocorre com os processos que utilizam acido nítrico como oxidante, nem promove contaminação liquida, pois recircula toda água contendo cobre (água mãe).
