É um sistema de emissão de vapor de água aquecido no local de ação da lâmina de corte, adaptável ou integrado a um barbeador/depilador manual, comumente comercializado, com objetivo de umidificar e aquecer a pele e os pêlos suavizando e aumentando a eficácia do processo de barbeamento ou depilação sem que seja necessária qualquer alteração quanto ao manuseio do barbeador/depilador.
