Um sistema de acordo com as modalidades da presente invenção inclui o conjunto de sensor reutilizável incluindo um alojamento tendo uma abertura para receber a extremidade distal de um biossensor os sinais recebidos do sensor para um conjunto de sensor reutilizável para transmissão para uma unidade externa de monitoramento eletrônico.
