Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO DE MATERIAL, E, MÉTODO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE UMA COMPOSIÇÃO DE MATERIALUma composição de material para brincar ou fins de modelagem compreende um material particulado (2) e um aglutinante (3), que é disposto como camadas finas sobre as partículas. O aglutinante inclui um polímero terminado em hidróxi reticulado por um composto de boro, em particular um óleo de silício. De acordo com a presente invenção, a concentração de partículas (2) é de 90 - 98% em volume da composição acabada. Um método para produzir a composição de material compreende as etapas de as partículas (2) serem colocadas em um misturador, o polímero terminado em hidroxila, em particular óleo de silício, ser adicionado e distribuído como camadas finas sobre as superfícies e, em seguida, um agente de reticulação contendo boro ser adicionado em solução e misturado, de modo que uma reticulação do polímero ocorra e a viscosidade aumente.
