Abstract
VARIANTES DE PULULANASE COM PRODUTIVIDADE AUMENTADA. A presente invenção refere-se a novas variantes de pululanase de peptídeo enzimática, a sequências de gene que codificam os referidos novos peptídeos, a vetores de expressão compreendendo aquelas sequências de gene, bem como a organismos que expressam as novas variantes de pululanase. As novas variantes de pululanase da presente invenção foram produzidas empiricamente pelo uso de procedimentos de otimização de códon, mutilação de moléculas do "tipo selvagem", e através da substituição de resíduos de aminoácido selecionados. Além disso, a presente invenção se refere ao uso desses novos peptídeos de pululanase em indústrias têxteis, de fermentação, de alimento, e outras.
