Abstract
DISPOSITIVO DE TRANSMISSÃO DE TORQUE, TAIS COMO JUNTAS HOMOCINÉTICSA DE ESFERAS FIXAS, FUNCIONANDO COMO JUNTAS DE PISTA OPOSTA. A presente invenção refere-se a dispositivos de transmissão de torque, tais como juntas homocinéticas de esferas fixas, que funcionam como juntas de pista opostas, e a um processo para sua produção, onde as curvaturas dos fundos das pistas da junta, no seu percurso axial, divergem das curvaturas das linhas de contato das esferas. O processo é caracterizada pelo fato de que o componente antes da formação de um perfil longitudinal é elevado para uma dureza maior através do seu processo de têmpera, e na região do perfil longitudinal, uma camada de difusão é removida parcialmente/completamente.
