Abstract
COMPOSTO PROMOTOR DE APOPTOSE, USO E MÉTODO DE PRODUÇÃO DO MESMO E COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA. A presente invenção refere-se a pequenas moléculas que mimetizam o peptídeo Smac e que são compostos dímeros ou similares a dímeros com dois domínios amida, unidos por um ligante. Estes compostos são úteis para promoção de apoptose. A invenção inclui composições farmacêuticas, compreendendo estes compostos, e métodos para utilizá-las no tratamento de doenças, incluindo câncer e doenças auto-imunes.
