Abstract
PROCESSO DE EPOXIDAÇÃO DIRETA. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para reagir uma olefina, hidrogénio, e oxigênio em um reator na presença de um catalisador compreendendo uma zeólita de metal de transição e um metal nobre para produzir uma mistura reacional compreendendo um epóxido e subprodutos ácidos. Uma porção da mistura reacional é colocada em contato com um adsorvente para que seja produzida uma mistura tratada possuindo uma quantidade reduzida de subprodutos. A mistura tratada é reciclada de volta ao reator. A inclusão de uma etapa de adsorçáo deve melhorar a produtividade do catalisador e seletividade do epóxido.
