Abstract
INSTRUMENTOS DE ABLAÇÃO E MÉTODOS RELACIONADOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um instrumento de ablação incluindo um corpo e um elemento de ablação que é fornecido. O corpo inclui uma extremidade distal e uma superfície com o elemento de ablação acopIado na direção da extremidade distal do corpo. O elemento de ablação inclui um fio de lesão que se estende através de e ao longo de uma parte da superfície do corpo para a criação de lesões em um tecido alvo enquanto o corpo serve para isolar o tecido circundante do tecido alvo. Um método de ablação de uma área alvo também é fornecido.
