Abstract
MÉTODO DE CARACTERIZAÇÃO DE UM COMPOSTOBIOLOGICAMENTE ATIVO Um método de caracterização de um composto biologicamente ativo por colocação de uma mistura celular em um biorreator rotativo, para iniciar uma cultura tridimensional, que compreende um componente biológico e pelo menos uma célula, expansão controlada das células no biorreator rotativo e teste do componente biológico para caracterizar o composto biologicamente ativo. A presente invenção também pode compreender, de preferência, a exposição das células a uma força eletromagnética variável com o tempo.
