Abstract
"RECIPIENTE DE EMBEBIMENTO DE INSTRUMENTO E MÉTODO". A presente invenção refere-se a um recipiente para embeber instrumentos médicos. O recipiente inclui uma bacia para receber um ou mais instrumentos médicos, um sensor de nível de enchimento para detectar a presença de uma substância de embebimento em um nível de enchimento mínimo, um sensor de fechamento de tampa que detecta o fechamento de uma tampa na bacia, e um cronômetro adaptado para começar uma seqüência de cronometragem quando o sensor de nível de enchimento detecta a presença da substância de embebimento no nível de enchimento mínimo. O embebimento apropriado dos instrumentos, antes de um procedimento de limpeza completo, aperfeiçoa a confiabilidade do procedimento de limpeza.
