PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE GRANULADOS POLIESTIRENO EXPANSÍVEL UTILIZANDO POLIESTIRENO RECICLADO E MEIOS PARA EFETUAR O PROCESSO consiste em através da polimerização dar ao poliestireno expansível (EPS) uma melhora da performance, utilizando um produto até 100% reciclado.O processo reutiliza poliestireno expansível em proporções controladas, utilizando material regulador independente da massa molar média e triturado em sua composição ou produção, assim como outros produtos recicláveis necessários para a estabilização da estrutura e manutenção das performances físicas, tais como: acolchoamento, isolamento térmico, retardância a chama entre outros.
