Abstract

PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE LONAS DE FREIO, MOLDES PARA FABRICAÇÃO E PRODUTO OBTIDO. É descrito um processo de fabricação de lonas de freio que compreende as etapas de moldagem a frio do material de fricção e compactação utilizando um punção com superfície dotada de sinuosidade (10) que pressiona o material de fricção (100), formando ondas na superfície (110) e moldagem a quente do material de fricção pré-formado e compactação utilizando um punção com formato curvilíneo (20). De forma adicional, a presente invenção descreve um produto obtido que compreende um material de fricção com áreas orientadas de densidade maiores e menores intercaladas.
