Definido por recorte no chapão, chapão este que sustenta o quadro de laminas do tear, para encaixe da munheca reduzindo a altura do tear sem perda da eficiência do processo proporcionando mais estabilidade de corte no caseamento pela redução na vibração e como conseqüência maior produtividade do equipamento.
