Abstract
HIDROCICLONE FILTRANTE. A presente invenção refere-se a um hidrociclone filtrante, que é um equipamento de separação sólido-líquido ou líquido-liquido, dotado de uma parede cônica filtrante. Assim, durante o funcionamento deste separador, além das correntes tradicionalmente observadas (alimentação, underflow e overflow), há ainda uma corrente adicional líquida proveniente do processo de filtração que ocorre na região cônica. O dispositivo inventivo habilita que, nas mesmas condições geométricas e operacionais de um hidrociclone convencional, haja um incremento na eficiência de separação das partículas e uma redução no consumo energético para promover a referida separação.
