Abstract
PALHETA DE TURBINA, CONJUNTO DE ROTOR DE TURBINA, E, AEROFÓLIO PARA UMA PALHETA DE TURBINA. Uma palheta de turbina é resfriada por meio de ar de resfriamento que escoa através de um canal de resfriamento radial. A palheta de turbina inclui uma raiz e um aerofólio. O escoamento de ar de resfriamento para o canal de resfriamento é limitado por um orifício de pré-dosagem para fornecer uma pressão reduzida dentro do canal de resfriamento. A queda de pressão resulta da área de seção transversal do orifício de pré-dosagem ser menor do que a área de seção transversal do canal de resfriamento adjacente. Depois de escoar através do canal de resfriamento, o ar de resfriamento deixa o canal de resfriamento através de um furo de filme para formar uma camada de filme sobre o aerofólio para resfriar e isolar a palheta de turbina.
