É descrito um produto alimentício à base de mel e respectivo processo de obtenção que compreende entre 70,0 a 95,0% de mel, entre 5,0 a 30,0% de cera de abelha e entre 0,01 a 3,0% de essências ou concentrados de sabores diversos. O processo de obtenção compreende as etapas de pasteurização do mel, filtragem do mel, derretimento da cera e filtragem, mistura do mel com a cera na forma líquida e as essências ou concentrados, homogeneização da mistura e agitação e até ser obtido um creme espesso.
