Abstract
STENT DE DISTRIBUIÇÃO INTRAVASCULAR PARA REFORÇO DE ANEURISMA AÓRTICO ABDOMINAL. A presente invenção refere-se a um stent/enxerto especialmente projetado para ser utilizado em um procedimento cirúrgico minimamente invasivo para o tratamento de um aneurisma aórtico abdominal (AAA) compreende uma estrutura tubular mais interna de um comprimento (L~1~) formado pelo trancamento de relativamente poucos fios de arame de liga de efeito memória. A trama da trança é tal de forma a fornecer aberturas relativamente grandes na parede tubular. Uma parte da estrutura tubular mais interna de um comprimento L~2~ L~2~ não bloqueia o fluxo de sangue para as artérias renais enquanto a parte L~2~ impede que o aneurisma cresça e se rompa.
