Abstract
PEPTÍDEOS INDUTORES DE BACTERIOCINA, BEM COMO PROCESSO PARA ESTIMULAR PRODUÇÃO AUMENTADA DE BACTERIOCINA. Os peptídeos produzidos por bactérias produtoras de bacteriocina estimulam a produção de bacterlocinas in vitro. A bactéria produtora é cultivada na presença de uma nova bactéria indutora e um peptídeo que tem uma seqüência de terminal carbôxi de VKGLT para obter um aumento na produção de bacteriocina.
