Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA DE LIPÍDIO PARTICULADA Uma composição farmacêutica de lipídio particulada compreende um veículo não-lipídio sólido particulado e uma emulsão de óleo-em-água sobre o veículo. A emulsão compreende um agente farmacologicamente ativo dissolvido ou disperso. A emulsão de óleo-em-água é liberada do veículo em contato com um meio aquoso para formar uma emulsão de óleo-em-água no meio. É também descrito um processo para a produção da composição e de um tablete contendo a mesma; de sachês e cápsulas preenchidas com a composição; o uso da composição e o tablete como um medicamento; um processo para a administração da composição a um paciente.
