Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA COMPREENDENDO UM QUELADOR DE FERRO. A invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica para a administração parenteral compreendendo um agente de quelação de ferro. O Composto ativo está pelo menos parcialmente na forma de liberação sustentada. A Composição de preferência viscosa pode ulteriomente compreender partículas de liberação sustentada, tais como partículas de fosfolipídio, em que o ingrediente ativo pode ser incorporado. A composição é particularmente útil para o tratamento e regeneração do tecido nervoso, tais como fibras nervosas lesionadas, por injeção intraneural ou intra-espinhal.
