Patente de Invenção: MATERIAL CRISTALINO MELHORADO. A presente invenção refere-se a um hemidrato de ácido (3 ,5 ,7 , 12 )-7, 12-dihidróxi-3-{2-[{4-[17 -hidrôxi-3-oxo-17 -prop-1 - inilestra-4,9-dien-1 1 -iI]fenil}(metil)amino]etóxi}colan-24-óico em uma forma cristalina que é caracterizada por um modelo de dif ração de raio X com picos maiores em 26 = 6,58±0,2, 8,54±0,2, 12,28±0,2, e em 19,68±0,2 é fornecido. O material cristalino é útil para o tratamento de condições associadas com um excesso de resposta a glicocorticóide hepática.
