Abstract
CÉLULAS FOTOVOLTAICAS DE HETEROESTRUTURA ORGÂNICA DUPLA COM CAMADA BLOQUEADORA DE ÉXCITON PORTADOR RECÍPROCO. Uma célula fotossensível inclui um anodo e em um catodo; um material orgânico do tipo doador e um material orgânico do tipo aceitador que formam uma junção doador-aceitador conectados entre o anodo e o catodo; e uma camada bloqueadora de éxciton conectada entre o material orgânico do tipo aceitador da junção doador-aceitador e o catodo, a camada bloqueadora que consiste essencialmente em um material que tem uma mobilidade de buraco de pelo menos 10^ 7^ cm^ 2^/V-seg ou superior, na qual um HOMO da camada bloqueadora é maior ou igual a um HOMO do material do tipo aceitador.
