A presente invenção refere-se a um elemento de proteção e filtragem de peso leve do tipo colchão que compreende uma estrutura de contenção (10, 20), uma estrutura interna tridimensional (30) com um alto índice de cavidade e um material de enchimento granular que é inserido dentro da estrutura de contenção. Meios de engate (50, 52) do tipo mecânico são distribuídos sobre a estrutura de contenção externa a fim de engatarem entre si as porções predeterminadas dessas estruturas.
