MATERIAL INFECCIOSO DE PRÍON SINTÉTICO E PADRONIZADO, E SEUS USOS COMO UM INÓCULO DE INFECÇÃO. A presente invenção se refere a um material infeccioso do tipo príon novo, sintético, padronizado, solúvel, reprodutível e de fácil manipulação, consistindo em uma solução dc use celular ou em um sobrenadante de cultura obtido a partir de células transgênicas estáveis expressando uma proteína de príon PrP e dando suporte à replicação da forma patogênica, PrPsc, da referida PrP.
