Abstract
MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAR UM LENÇOL QUE TEM UM PADRÃO APLICADO DE MATERIAL DE ADIÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de alta velocidade (2) para aplicar um material de papel de cigarro durante a fabricação, que utiliza pelo menos dois dispositivos de orifício móvel (10, 10') independentemente operáveis, cada um posicionado para depositar faixas de material horizontais sobre um lençol de papel (22) na extremidade seca de uma tela de Fourdrinier (6). O lençol resultante pode ser cortado em múltiplos lençóis, cada lençol tendo uma largura que corresponde à largura eficaz de um dispositivo de orifício móvel. O aparelho pode produzir simultaneamente tanto um papel com faixas quanto sem faixas para enrolar tabaco durante a fabricação de cigarros.
