Abstract
FORMULAÇÕES DE CLOPIDOGREL EM NANOPARTÍCULA. A presente invenção refere-se a composições compreendendo um clopidogrel em nanopartícula, ou um seu sal ou derivado, tendo biodisponibilidade aperfeiçoada. As partículas de clopidogrel em nanopartícula da composição têm um tamanho de partícula médio eficaz de menos do que cerca de 2000 nm e são úteis na prevenção e tratamento de patologias induzidas por agregação de plaqueta. As partículas de clopidogrel podem ser também formuladas como um revestimento polimérico de liberação controlada ou sistema de aplicação de fármaco de matriz.
