Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES DE FUCOIDAN E MÉTODOS PARA SUPLEMENTOS DIETÉTICOS E NUTRICIONAIS. A presente invenção refere-se a composições e métodos relativos a fucoidan parcialmente hidrolisado para uso em suplementos dietéticos. Fucoidan de algas marinhas marrons é parcialmente hidrolisado e em seguida misturado com outros ingredientes para uso como um suplemento dietético em bebida, cápsula ou forma de comprimido, O fucoidan é parcialmente hidrolisado com ácido e aquecimento. O fucoidan parcialmente hidrolisado também pode ser sulfonado. Outros ingredientes que podem ser incluídos no suplemento dietético incluem antioxidantes com alto valor de ORAC, minerais, extrato de pimenta, agentes aromatizantes, agentes corantes e conservantes. As composições podem estar na forma de bebidas, comprimidos, cápsulas, pós, e similares.
