Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS QUE COMPREENDEM IMATINIB E UM RETARDANTE DE LIBERAÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a composições farmacêuticas com liberação prolongada, que contêm imatinib ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo. As composições farmacêuticas contêm ainda um retardante de liberação, por exemplo, um polímero solúvel em água, expansível em água e/ou insolúvel em água. A presente invenção refere-se também a um processo particularmente útil para fabricar essas composições farmacêuticas com liberação prolongada, usando uma extrusora.
