Abstract
USOS DE ÓXIDO NÍTRICO (NO), DISPOSITIVO NÃO IMPLANTÁVEL CONFIGURADO, PROCESSO PARA FABRICAÇÃO DE DISPOSITIVO CONFIGURADO, USO DE POLÍMERO ELUENTE DE ÓXIDO NÍTRICO (NO) E MÉTODO DE TRATAMENTO. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo que permite o tratamento alvo de neuropatia, tal como neuropatia periférica diabética, ou neuropatia e úlceras resultantes da mencionada neuropatia. O dispositivo compreende um polímero eluente de óxido nítrico (NO) disposto para ficar emcontato com a área de tratamento, de tal forma que uma dose terapêutica de óxido nítrico é eluída do mencionado polímero eluente de óxido nítrico para a mencionada área. O polímero eluente de óxido nítrico (NO) é integrado com umveículo, de tal forma que o veículo, durante o uso, regule e controle a eluição da dosagem terapêutica de óxido nítrico (NO). Além disso, é descrito um método de fabricação correspondente para o dispositivo.
