Abstract
DERIVADO DE ÁCIDO HIALURONICO E CÉLULAS-TRONCO NEURAIS PARA REGENERAÇÃO DE SCI E PNT. A presente invenção refere-se a um biomaterial para o tratamento de lesão do nervo periférico ou medula espinhal, obtenível por: a) tratamento de um derivado de ácido hialurônico com uma solução de revestimento promovendo adesão de Células-tronco Neuronais, ramificação e diferenciação; b) contato das Células-Tronco Neuronais isoladas com o derivado de ácido hialurônico obtido a partir da etapa a) e cultivo e expansão das células absorvidas na presença de fatores neurotróficos ou de crescimento selecionados de beta FGF (fator de crescimento de fibroblasto básico), CNTF (fator neurotrófico ciliar), BDNF (fator neurotrófico derivado do cérebro) e GDNF (fator neurotrófico derivado glial) ou misturas dos mesmos.
