A presente invenção está relacionada a composição cosmética para aplicação à pele e apropriada para relaxamento de rugas de expressão, a qual combina um componente peptídeo ativo selecionado e com uma ação de descontração ou relaxamento na fibra muscular, com um micro-elemento que reduz o nível da contração muscular atuando direta ou indiretamente em um componente da fibra muscular. Os princípios ativos da composição cosmética da invenção são conduzidos de forma conveniente por lipossomas.
