A presente invenção diz respeito a certos novos derivados de anel heterocíclico substituído por espiro. Estes compostos podem ser úteis na fabricação de composições farmacêuticas para tratar distúrbios mediados pela lipoxigenase. Eles também pode ser úteis na fabricação de formulações farmacêuticas para o tratamento de distúrbios mediados pela lipoxigenase.
