Abstract
SOLUÇÕES DE RETINÓIDE E FORMULAÇÕES FEITAS A PARTIR DAS MESMAS. Composições para aplicação tópica para tratamento de um distúrbio da pele (por exemplo, acne) incluindo um retinóide, o qual é solubilizado totalmente em álcool, somente com o auxílio de co-solventes como ésteres (por exemplo, benzoato de alquila, palmitato de isopropila, miristato de isopropila, adipato de diisopropila e seus derivados). Esse retinóide totalmente solubilizado pode ser utilizado para formular um sistema de emulsão ou suspensão de líquido a pó contendo um segundo ativo, como um antibiótico (por exemplo, clindamicina) ou peróxido de benzoila.
