Abstract
FORMULAÇÃO LIPOSSÔMICA DE ÁCIDOS BORÔNICOS DE PEPTÍDEO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de lipossoma que compreende lipossomas tendo um composto inibidor de proteassoma de ácido borônico de peptídeo capturado no lipossoma. O composto de ácido borônico é capturado no lipossoma na forma de um éster de boronato, subseqüente à interação com um poliol capturado no lipossoma. Em uma modalidade, os lipossomas têm um revestimento externo de cadeias de polímero hidrofílico e são usados para tratar uma malignidade em um indivíduo.
