Abstract
TRANSISTOR DE EFEITO DE CAMPO. É provido um transistor de efeito de campo inédito que emprega um óxido amorfo. Em uma modalidade da presente invenção, o transistor compreende uma camada de óxido amorfo que contém portador de elétrons a uma concentração menor que 1 ~ 10^ -18^/cm³, e a camada isolante de porta compreende uma primeira camada que fica em contato com o óxido amorfo e uma segunda camada diferente da primeira camada.
