Abstract
DISPOSITIVO OPTOELETRÔNICO FOTOSENSÍVEL ORGÂNICO TENDO UMA CAMADA BLOQUEADORA DE ÉXCITONS DE F'ENANTROLINA. Descreve-se um dispositivo optoeletrônico fotosensível orgânico tendo um anodo, um catodo e uma camada bloqueadora orgânica entre o anodo e o catodo, em que a camada bloqueadora consiste de um derivado da fenantrolina e bloqueia pelo menos parcialmente pelo menos um dentre éxcitons, elétrons e buracos.
