Abstract
PROCESSO PARA EXTRAIR POLIHIDROXIALCANOATOS DE BIOMASSA A presente invenção refere-se a processos para extrair polihidroxialcanoato de biomassa que compreendem o contato da biomassa com um solvente orgânico por um certo período de tempo, a uma primeira temperatura e sob uma pressão suficientes para extrair o polihidroxialcanoato da biomassa de modo a criar uma composição que compreende o solvente orgânico e o polihidroxialcanoato, o resfriamento da composição até uma segunda temperatura que é de ao menos cerca de 10% mais baixa que a primeira temperatura e a misturação da composição a uma segunda temperatura usando-se uma razão potência/volume de cerca de 0,001 kW/m3 a cerca de 100 kW/m^ 3^.
