MÉTODO PARA DETERMINAR A CONCENTRAÇÃO DE SUBSTÂNCIAS ANALISADAS EM AMOSTRAS POR MEDIAÇÃO DIRETA DE ENZIMAS O índice de glicose no sangue pode ser determinado pelo contato de uma amostra de sangue com uma fita de teste contendo uma glicose desidrogenase dependente de PQQ (ou derivados ou isômeros disso) como um co-fator, um indicador de sal de tetrazólio, mas na ausência de um mediador.
