A presente invenção refere-se a composições de ervas para prevenção ou tratamento de distúrbios do sistema urogenital, por exemplo, incontinência urinária, enurese (por exemplo, molhar a cama), hiperplasia benigna da próstata, cálculos urinários, cistite, infecção do trato urinário e bexiga superativa. Especificamente, a invenção fornece composições, que contêm C. nurvala e E. arvense, e métodos de uso da mesma.
