A presente invenção refere-se a compostos de fórmula 1 na forma livre ou sal, em que T, X, R^ 1^, R^ 2^, R^ a^, R^ 3^, R^ 4^, R^ 5^ e U apresentam os significados conforme indicado no relatório descritivo, são úteis para tratamento de uma condição mediada por CCR-3, particularmente uma condição inflamatória ou alérgica tais como doenças inflamatórias ou obstrutivas das vias aéreas. Composições farmacêuticas que contêm os compostos e processos para preparação desses compostos são também descritas.
