Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS COMPREENDENDO INIBIDORES DE NEP, INIBIDORES DO SISTEMA DE PRODUÇÃO DE ENDOTELINA ENDÓGENA E ANTAGONISTAS DO RECEPTOR AT~1~. A presente invenção refere-se a uma nova terapia de combinação para doenças cardiovasculares, em particular, hipertensão arterial, hipertensão pulmonar e/ou insuficiência cardíaca congestiva, envolvendo a administração de uma combinação sinérgica de pelo menos um inibidor de endopeptidase neutra, pelo menos, um inibidor do sistema de produção de endotelina endógena e, pelo menos, um antagonista do receptor AT~1~.
